I am a family practice doctor in town here, and I also am certified in integrated, holistic medicine. 

I have done quite a bit of training in mind-body medicine, and one of the things I enjoy is meditation and mindfulness. 

I will be leading a walk that will combine walking in nature with the practice of mindfulness. My idea is we would start out with an intention. Part of the walk would be silent and then part of the walk would be a discussion of our experience.
