This is Christine Jones. I'll be with leading the Shinrin-Yoku. Walk through showers bluff Shinar in Yoku translates as forest bathing or taking in the forest atmosphere. It's proven to do lots of medicinal or health benefits such as boosting your immune system lowering your blood pressure and stress improving your mood increasing your energy and improving your sleep. It also deepens your intuition increases your energy. Increases your capacity to communicate with the land and that's the other thing it is just. Being with the nature the land and tuning in with the area.
To connect with our body, our breath, and wonders of nature. walking a mix of smooth asphalt/pavement, grassy prairie, bumpy forest floor.
Bring a spare pair of shoes/boots as the trail can be muddy.
